Yea I kept all mine in the staking contract on chain. I dont want XVS just SXP for the eventual burn moon from Binance and other smallcap swipe based cards.

How much do you reckon this will dump on Thursday when XVS farming ends? Is it worth trying to swing it or should I just put it into on-chain staking and forget about it, hoping one day it comes back to a sensible price range?

Help me out here, I'm a bit of a newfag. Why will on-chain staking 2x? The APY is really high now because so many people took their SXP off chain to farm Venus instead. Once farming ends they'll go back on chain and the APY will go down. No? And I assume when you staking on Venus for 3x you just mean that Venus is 3x the price of SXP just now, but that could drop.
