The way he explained it is if you have the share benefit, your overtime is transferred into shares at a slight discount, even then if they artificially inflate their share price you’re basically working overtime for less than wage because you’ll never be able to sell those shares at the price they used to calculate how much you get for your OT Jewish as fuck
