zero alcohol, smoke, spices, lemons, tomatoes, acid food in general

well all i can say is to eliminate all vegetables and carbs for 1-2 weeks (only meat) and just try that out first. you seem to have some serious damage but there could be some other condition. just know that some people have zero tolerance to certain compounds in vegetables and grains. so maybe they could tolerate with mild discomfort over the years but it gets to a certain point where even one bite will send your inflammation into overdrive.
do your problems become worse with certain foods? does eating more fat cause irritation? do you drink water with your meals?

i'm sorry for you user, was going through similar shit for year and the fucking doctors weren't able to help at all, took about 6 years, hard work and a lot of money to get back to normal, you gotta pray that it's some simple issue like candida or bacteria so the doctors might be able to help you but if they're not then you gotta read up on the thousand different things that can cause gastritis and inflammation on the internet and try to cure everything yourself. don't try to rely on some garbage ass doctors i've regretted doing that for years. good luck fren
