I'm so happy mine are paid off. Dealing with that shit is a nightmare. My sister in law went to a famous private school to get her nursing degree. While she has a house, husband, and nice paying job, she is miserable in her profession but is forced to stay because she would otherwise have no way to pay off like 2k a month or more in loan payments just to scratch the principle. Its insane to think about being 100k+ in debt. Last I heard she's in about 180k. And the fact you can't default is criminal.
