I doubt it for the usa i'ts a hard position atm , the usa needs inflation to return due to deflationary pressures but at the same time they don't want the chinese pushing their cbdc as a reserve currency.
Bitcoin thriving may damage swift sanction capability but it also prevents china from pushing a cbdc reserve currency due to capital flight risk and also reduces some of the deflationary pressures on the usd.
The usa is more independent than most people believe , it's literally the country less dependent on international trade.
