First you have to get control of yourself. Get enough sleep, eat right, exercise. Only then will you be able to tackle any real problems.
Second, life is always evolving and it will never be under your control. You don't have to feed the horses or fetch water, look at how much things have changed in only a few generations. Your path is different. Accept this fact and do what you can with what you can control. There is no point in worrying about things out of your control, and you have it really fucking good.
Third, if you don't like your job go start a business or do something else. Stop playing a victim and being a pussy. Opportunity is out there and you're not lookkng hard enough.

I’m a sales manager for an electronic cigarette company, but NY recently decided that they’d rather people smoke cigarettes so they’ve banned flavored e-liquid, and levied a 28% tax on it, as well as disallowed businesses from marketing/advertising at all (including discounts, bundle deals, etc.)
I had to let my entire staff go. I work alone all day every day, and I’m making about half the money I was before because my commission is shit now.
I guess people were right, I should’ve gotten a “real” job instead of being a manager doing something I enjoy(ed).
