regardless of this being wrong, it’s beside the point. the middle class already gets bled for 22-32% straight up on their income, this is ridiculous on its face. Then add in state tax, sales tax, property tax if heaven forbid you try to own something, and health care premiums (which are effectively a tax), and you’re lucky to get away with half of what you earn. Half! Even if the rich were paying their taxes in full (they don’t), the millions they would lose would have no effect on their quality of life, whereas the poor sap making 50k effectively has to make do with 25,000 measly dollars a year, most of which gets soaked up by bills, food, and rent/mortgage. Throw a little debt in there and it will literally take someone years to get any capital. The tax burden is by far the most onerous on the middle class

As someone who studies and has studied business law, the tax code, economics, and finance, anyone can start a business and learn how to grow wealth as such. Expenses are tax deductible. The fact that you fail to change your perspective and take hold of reality does not make "da rich" at fault, but you yourself.

HOWEVER, the way the United States' tax code is headed and is currently set up IS pointed towards the direction that gives businesses and government all the power. Namely businesses and by consequence government. He who has the gold makes the rules. Without tax revenue from the rich and businesses, the government would likely fail within months. If not a year. The middle class getting taxed is nothing new, as there is nothing new under the sun. The people at the top generally want only more power and control, and by having an inefficient and outright wasteful government that doesn't empower individualistic wealth growth, you have the people at the top, by quantifiable measure, becoming more powerful.

The same thing goes for speed limits, and so on. Not enough decent and God fearing men have gotten into politics and law, and the consequence is that those that follow the devil have seeped in.
