If the fund is trading in and out of Nyan then how does the price floor affect that? Surely there will be scenarios where the fund can't open a position because the pool is already at the floor so will have to trade an asset it already holds?
Isn't the idea of the locked liquidity to establish a set of synergestic incentives between LP's and speculators? With fees from speculators going to LP's. This price floor bullshit removes that dynamic.
If they wanted to do this catastrophic price floor thing then why did they run the LGE at discounted rates? That just seems super cucked. Discount works if there are future LPs coming in but they've burned all the incentives for new money.
