briefly, $COPE is a token that can be bought with either CLV or CLV-ETH LP (havent decided) and can only be sold via the contract by paying a 50% fee (25% burnt forever, 25% going to all COPE holders as reward for holding) You can also buy/sell COPE on uniswap and it should be priced near the smart contract price which is 50% of the ever-increasing price. Bots and arbitrage script kiddies/opportunists will love it. Also if the market price goes over the smart contract price you can market-buy it from the contract (and also increase the price slightly)

The proposal doesn't demand the TG to by closed down completely, rather it proposes use of the TG for weekly discussion. This will rid us of the pajeetry going on.
