civil war results in automatic republican/conservative/rural victory. not because of 'muh guns' or anything else, it's literally just logistics. the democrats live primarily in densely packed cities. civil war=infrastructure and logistic disruptions. the cities depend entirely on external, far away, sources, for their survival just in terms of food, water, electricity, fuel, etc. add to this that all of the cities have large populations of niggers who riot over nothing already, and the democrats will literally eat themselves in the event of ANY disruption to the gibs train. conservatives in the red areas, 90% of the country, will have to just hunker down and defend their areas against the zombies that flee the cities once they realize the gibs arent coming back. but, traffic jams, road blocks, etc, will prevent that from being more than a trickle IMO beyond ~50 miles outside a city the lack of water/food will have brought the fleeing liberal flood to a halt.

i'll add to this that the destruction of a few sections of railway track, a few interstate-highway-support-pylons, and a few high-voltage power lines, basically means tens of millions of deaths unless there's a massive federal aid response. which isnt going to happen in the absence of clear command/control, IE; civil war.
