what futures are you looking to long? US30, 500? NASDAQ? you don't need any special authorization to place a leveraged position in forex. you could deposit 5k into an account and place a long position with 1/4 of net (to allow for some movement) and hope that it sky rockets. obviously the more equity you have the more leeway you have with each trade.

I'm a PA fag and because of arcane rules from the 1800s we had a law in place that said any ballot mailed in can't be counted until polls close on election day, despite being to mail these in since June.
Simple. You don't need to count every vote if one candidate have a big margin of winning. In other states is a close race and you need to count every last one of them.
