Rewards are recieved from those who need jobs, example:
My contract needs prices of ethereum from yesterday. But that data not on blockchain. It can call Keep4r oracle job contract and pay 0.01 eth for the data. Someone can post that data to blockchain and get 0.01 ETH (minus 5% to KP4r stakers).
Its complicated, thats why barely any use of keep3r so far lol!
