how are you daytrading it, if you don't mind me asking? i mainly use it for swing trading, where i'll buy more every 5xATR it drops from my initial entry point and sell half at 5xATR in profit, hoping for an ultimate target of the top line. you still using the 1h time frame or you going lower? i've been doing a bit more research into using lower timeframes and 5m looks pretty good for intraday potentially, although im unsure how safe it is considering you have to complete the trade before the day ends, compared to swing/position trading where in the worst case scenario as long as shit isn't hitting the fan you can literally just hodl and wait it out with the ability to buy more lower if necessary. at least i can say i wouldn't go lower than 5m intraday, 1-2m seem to be too fast or at least would require a bigger keltner like maybe 15-20x instead of 10x. also tutes only really respect the 200 SMA on the hourly and daily time frames. i use the hourly because it's very rare for it to hit the lower line on the daily, although it's a good indication there if we get another covid crash since that's roughly where the bottom was (i think ultimately it went like 15x though before reversing).
