They literally do that during the counting process. They receive fake ballots from dead people and double ballots all the time. They have a manual, in-person counting process explicitly to disqualify shit like that, rather than relying purely on machinery and tech to fast count aggregated ballots. It’s why counting always takes so fucking long. Multiple people per ballot table to count and qualify, observers (of all party affiliations) present to ensure proper tracking, tally lists to ensure accuracy, etc etc.
