Best ways to earn passive income?
Best ways to earn passive income?
Real estate and high dividend index funds. That’s like the only two reliable ways
shoplifting
staking crypto
loaning crypto
Sucking dicks.
Real estate is a meme, you will get fucked with it as soon as your local politicians go full socialist.
I've also thought this. My aim this bullrun us to withdraw 5-10mil from crypto & invest it to get regular passive income. I already have some real estate but will prob get more, but want to put the majority in investments that lay out dividends. Any advice for index funds etc?
Literally just SPY, unless there is a particular industry you're confident in.

Spend less, make more
my income is 0 though
Ignore everyone here they are poor, buying businesses are the most passive. Why? because with the property it isn't passive unless you pay an agent and a management company, still then you are responsible for looking over repairs etc. Along with surprise maintenance bills that are unpredictable.
Buying an established matured business with a manager in place, the manager handles everything, outgoings are highly predictable, you can just give managers stock bonuses or higher salary and they can completely take over it all, and the price of most businesses under 10M in earnings is only like 2-4x earnings, meaning run it for 4 years and it's paid off. With property you have to wait like 30 years to be paid off, or 10 years minimum for the property market to double. You can then make it even more passive by buying multiple businesses in the same area, then hiring an area manager, you can even hire someone in charge of buying more businesses and just having it grow by itself
How?
Dont know anything about EU stock shit, but probably. Just find an S&P 500 Index Fund.
Spend less, make more. The how is your own problem.
open a brothel (in a legal place ofc)

Becoming a Youtube movie reviewer

it's just boomer run business which got fucked backwards
You need to spend time to do this fucking shit
No problem, it's just conventional advice. Really the only way you take a loss is if the whole damn economy goes under, and then you'd be fucked anyway.
What kind of business do you suggest
I ain't suggesting nothing. I have zero experience with purchasing a business.
I only have my own and I prefer starting them up from 0
Have a vagina and sell pictures of it.
Have boobs and sell pictures of those.
How much do you get for hairy man boobs?
Right, I think with the right mix of real estate, index funds, & passive income from staking crypto, you could mitigate risk pretty well
Dividend stonks ya dingus

>Real estate
RE is more wealth preservation. For the income stream to really matter you'd need 5+ properties, whereas 1 is usually close to unattainable for average Zig Forumsraelis due to the high initial investment. This also leads to a huge clump risk - buying your first property you're literally putting all your eggs into 1 basket. Very easy to get fucked by shithead tenants, especially since you have zero experience with grifters.
Also this >with the property it isn't passive unless you pay an agent and a management company
If you like giving away 40% of your profits to various managers and attorneys it can approach being passive. If you do stuff yourself, it's incredibly uneven. You'll have periods where everything is running smoothly, rent comes in every month, nothing breaks down and you can get by putting 2-4h a month per property into accounting and be done with it. And then it all goes to shit, you'll have to evict a tenant, draft a contract, find new tenants and do showings, refurb an appartment, deal with a bunch of contractors and do the annual utilities statement while filing yearly taxes on the side and it's close to a full-time job. It's no different from running a business (because it is one). You can alot your own hours, but in the end you need to stay on top or you'll regret it (every month without a paying tenant you lose all your profits and pay running costs on top out of your own pocket).
tl:dr: Hard to recommend RE as passive income. After 4 years I had somewhat stabilized with 2 properties, but especially the first 2 years were very rough and demanded a lot of work and learning. RE is not passive for a long time if you don't want to gimp your profits.
