Unless you brought in last month its not doing that well. If you try and sell on Metamask you will get justed as there is no liquidity. Parsiq is a great company but if you look at their 30 day chart the price fluctuates too much so you have ample buy in opportunities better to sell the pumps and move your money around during the bullrun only low test hodl during the Golden bull run.
