actually you're only half right. Korean people descend from these same kind of central asian/siberian ethnic groups and as such they still retain some of the personality traits and certain parts of the culture (shamanism etc). Out of the asian big three (china, korea, japan) koreans are unsurprisingly the most similar to yakutians or buryats personality wise and also appearance wise.
