On the one hand you've got a team made up of the best CS & cryptographic minds in the world who authored the first peer reviewed white paper, who work full time dedicated to their project, and on the other you've got a 2 man team who both have normal full time wage jobs and for whom the coin is just a hobby/side interest which they work in when they can in their spare time.
