easily upwards of 15-20k. That's when you learn from your mistakes and realize "I thought I was genius" is more likely "I hit a good streak".

You then learn risk management, not being a degen, being more cautious, because in the long run the big shot won't make you rich, and more importantly, you won't keep it. You need consistency.

T. I went from 100$ to 50k and back to sub 10k again. That thought me a very valuable lesson.

Even being $200k in profit, losing something like 1 eth to a rug hurts for me. The penny pincher in me will never live down that pain.

I'm down about 7,000 euros from my initial just from buying things that have dumped. Bought a lot in August and I'm down 50-75% on most of it. Honestly I think I'd rather have just been rugpulled. This way it feels like my whole strategy is shit and I'm just not able to make good trades, and that hurts. I'd rather believe I was the unwitting victim of a scammer than accept I'm just a shitty impulsive trader.

Highest magnitude was failing to tether up with a portfolio worth $150k in 2018. It's ~$25k now and that's after lots of trading and reallocation to escape the old PoW shitcoins I'd been holding.
More recently, missed out on $40k in unrealized gains by failing to take profits on Bast back in August.
If we're going by actual losses rather than unrealized gains, like $2k on EMN, but that doesn't hurt nearly as bad as seeing the notional value of my holdings skyrocket and then crash without turning it into real money.

I lost 50k longing BTC at 10x leverage like a retarded degenerate. I was high on hopium hoping to make 1mil before cashing out. The plus side is that I made that from a 400 dollar investment so I didn't really lose my initial, but I lost months of grinding trades and never sleeping

Might lose 40k on $Trump but I'm going to write it off.
