My parents are giving me a 500m2 warehouse in Sydney and will only let me have it if I start my own buisiness. I cant just lease it out.
What the fuck should I do?

I'm 29 and have no real skills or experience besides working low construction managment positions.

Battered women's shelter

holy fuck, take that silver spoon and scoop out your eyeballs. fucking kys.

Lawncare. Doesn’t require massive capital to start up and an idiot can do the work.

Meth lab

Rent out the storage space. Easiest income you can get.

Mate, how the fuck is it a silver spoon when I can only have it if I use it for my own buisiness? It's not like they are giving it to me and I can just lease it out for a passive $70k a year.

I actually need to start a buisiness and that's the problem. I have free space but no idea on what to do.

Tell you parents you want to make it an indoor athletics facility, put up some bball hoops and host the chinese alliance church rec games. Then on friday nights you host a rave and charge 10 dollar a head.

Lawn care doesnt even need the warehouse though. I could do that without the warehouse.

They told me I can't lease it or sub lease any of the space. I have to use it for my own venture.

It's a shared strata with some other units so no way I can get away with any raves. I thought of that though.

Start selling electric/hybrid cars
With the upcoming hype they will go like bread

>order tons of cheep niche Chinese shit
>store in warehouse
>create some gay bs marketing scheme
>sell product for 10x the purchase price

Just turn it into a gym, take out a loan to get the equipment etc.

Start a real estate holding company and rent out the warehouse through that.

Not bad, take note OP

This is actually the best thing I could likely do. I was thinking my best shot is to basically sell 20 or 30 different things in small Ebay stores after importing them from China. Hard to select what to sell though.

Build a bitcoin mining facility.

Make it a gym

This is actually a fantastic idea but unfortunately its in a shared premise of units and not a stand alone. One gate to go in and out which means after hours/24 hours stuff wouldnt work. I wish it could though because a gym sounds the easiest.

start a business leasing out warehouses

your parents sound actually retarded

1. Fill it with shrimp and dairy products.
2. Wait for the price of shrimp and dairy to rise.
3. Profit.

amazon local distribution center

If you're anywhere hip, start a bouldering gym. Minor outlay to set it up, then your only cost is basically insurance, then you just print money. THey're insanely popular atm.

>will only let me have it if I start my own buisiness
just put a PC there and start crypto trading/investing
don't forget to share some of your billions in a few years

Requires too much power these days. Many need hydropower

imagine being this out of touch. bait or typical au$$ie sydney kid.

They are typical lucky boomers. They did their own buisiness at my age and they think I can do the same in the current year mirroring their same life. Without going into details, my dad got lucky as shit by leasing some land at my age for $5000 a year and somehow got a contract to store people trucks on it overnight for 10 times that.

Anyways, it feels like such an opportunity if I can make it work but also a curse. A bit like being gifted a ridiculous expensive car but being forced to drive is for every occasion and having to pay all maintenance at full price etc when you can't afford it.

Solar, get it subsidized by the government?

Adjustable dumbells are decent to sell, can buy them in bulk to save in shipping but initial batch will cost you a lot, also check demand

lol they are setting you up for failure. they must secretly hate you

God I hate boomers

Lol here bro. Have this thing but only if you use it the way I say you can but you take full responsibility for anything bad that happens because of the rules I set.
What? You don't know what to do with this thing? WOOOOW SO UNGRATEFUL TYPICAL SYDNEY KID

Fuck off boomer. I'm the one who would be having to leave a secure 100k a year job for a $0 a year new buisiness venture which I have to invest in, support myself through and take responsibility for any failure.

in-door fish farming.

clean fresh fish in a synthetic ecosystem free of pollutants.

Basically it feels like this in a way. It's an opportunity with huge chance for failure.

which part of china are they from?

Not a bad idea. Gym equipment in general seems to be decent. High margins and no expiration when stored.

buy a bunch of trailers, concrete mixers and other large items that you can rent out to people

Not Chinese. Full white convict Aussie.

no you fool. in door fish farming. it's the way of the future. once you get certified you could start distributing to local shops/groceries.

fish are going to be polluted due to all of the disgusting shit being thrown in the ocean; in-door fish farming creates safe healthy fish in a synthetic ecosystem so they can be clean healthy and tasty.
