No one is debating legality. Also, no, he's not saying heroin is worse. His initial tweet was saying that legalizing CP possession would not be more radical than heroin, to which someone replied by saying heroin hurts only yourself and owning CP hurts others. The tweet that everyone likes to post (OP) is his response, arguing that they can host the same level of risk on others, therefore neither one is "worse".

I agree about the shitcoin, but ETH has been nothing but fraud and broken claims since at least The DAO. He keeps hardforking it to fix problems and undo transactions. Now he's pushing some massive new change just for the fun of it. Any time anyone actually uses it for its "world computer" platform, the whole system grinds to a halt as "gas" fees explode, see CryptoKitties for example.
