The whole Benford's Law violation argument doesn't hold water, I'm not a statistician but I worked closely with data scientists and psychometric experts for my undergrad. Here is why the current allegations of Benford's Law violations don't really have valid premises: precincts in a city are meant to all have about the same number of people, so you wouldn't expect the votes for a given candidate to satisfy Benford's law. For example if precincts have about 1000 voters, and a given candidate generally gets 30-60% o the vote, you would expect to see lots of numbers starting with 3,4,5,6, but not many 1'.
If you want to apply Benford's law to detect election fraud, you need to apply it to groups of voters where the total number of voters already satisfies Benford's law. So for example you could look at the number of votes for a given candidate by city, county, or state.

Haha no man you don't get it. Most of invalidated votes are from mail in ballots. Around 0.75% of mail in ballots are rejected every year. There were around 70 million mail in votes this year. If there's just an extra 0.015% mail ins to bring it up to .90% that need to be invalidated, that's over an extra 100,000 mail in votes that would be thrown out. That's enough to change the election outcome right now.

In 2016 there was a recount and Michigan was revealed to be a shitshow, many Detroit precincts had 3x as many votes as voters and they basically had to scrap the whole thing because they couldn't recount it there.
