The only reason RSR went to 3 cents is because of the bull run last year. Other alts saw higher gains in the same time span, if you are chasing bull markets just diversify there's no reason to hold RSR only.
I, for one, am waiting to sell around 80% after the inevitable coinbase pump, hopefully that happens during a bull run if it does it's going to outperform a lot of alts if not most of them.

As a project standalone ------ if it succeeds, a very importent contingent ------ it can easily flourish upwards of $10 without necessarily needing a bullrun. But it will take a while to approach that, most of this project is still under heavily development and is really early on in the process, it's mainnet isn't even out and RSV barely has adoption right now (they are currently on the ground in Venezuela trying to on-ramp users as part of their first usecase, considering it's a deflationary stablecoin centered around providing stable store despite high inflation rates, Venezuela was their premier first usecase target).

So a lot of things have to get going underway for us to really see where this goes as a project, but even regardless of a bullrun, if it actually succeeds as a project it will make rather remarkable gains.
