No. Use VOO (lowest fee S&P ETF) There's a good chance that the bubble is going to pop, and you might lose 10%+ if you went in now - but the thing is, if you're planning to leave it for 30 years, short-run fluctuations don't matter The only 'cost' you're looking at is opportunity cost of the $30,000, that you could potentially make a larger return investing in something else over that 30 year time period than you would in VOO
