While I do agree that some hires like Ari Juels will help in the long term, you should probably know by now that in IT field scaling your operations and company does not mean faster, better or more quality code and solutions.
I think everybody have already read the "There is no Silver Bullet" article when it comes to software development. Usually hiring more developers and even coders slows down the progress of the project.
Only simps like you are actually cheering if they would hire 50 new developers and coders. That being said, it is a good thing most of the hires are for marketing and pr purposes.

This, not to mention gaming is slowly dying off with the death of creativity in the gaming field. Gaming peaked about 3-5 years ago. People still, en masse, play games that were made decades ago like WoW and Runescape, which somehow, miraculously, made their items random without chainlink. There is no good development.
