Boomers created housing bubbles to benefit from. Using central banks lowering interest rate, councils zoning, mass immigration and other tricks.

>be burger
>buy expensive house
>still pay 1550$ a month in property taxes
Wyatt Thomas
Also legit questions to burgers, what if you refuse to pay the property taxes, say you buy a house then lose your job but still manage to make 1500$ trading shitcoins, since you got no rent you can survive on that, but you won't be able to pay the taxes, will they take your house? take you to prison?

i have a bad feeling the real estate market is never going to crash. If too many people go into forclosure, the fed will just backstop the MBSs. There won't be a meltdown, there will just be a "melt up" permanently. All assets will keep up with inflation, and mainstreet will just get impoverished with inflation
Josiah Wilson
just look at europe, they have multigenerational mortgages over there to be able to afford homes, the US still has a long way to go.
Anthony Rogers
houses become cheap or free once hyperinflation starts. rich leave the country and all of their houses and rentals become up for grabs
Charles Ramirez
The kikes learned from the last crash and have a bunch of safety nets in place. Other things will crash long before the housing market does again.
Angel Foster
>the fed will just backstop the MBSs.
that doesnt stop evictions, it just bails out investors. the fed cant stop foreclosures or evictions
Luke Hall
>the fed cant stop foreclosures or evictions
didn't they literally do that all year this year?
Sebastian Anderson
yea i know, that was my point. mainstreet is out on the street while the investors holding the mortgages are taken care of
Ian Moore
no i meant MBS holders are bailed out.
not mortgage holders.
