How does Kleros ensure the jury are fit for service?

From my experience juries are usually bad. All it takes is one or two big personalities to sway most people. And most real world disputes aren't a case of YES/NO, there has to be some nuance

they make you do a pre jury medical at local designated medical centers. you also have to submit your birth certificate and current passport to the jury to review.

how would kleros court function in a lockdonn setting? some kinda zoom partnership of some sort maybe

they fly you to clements house and they lock you down in his familys underground wine cellar where you deliberate over the case.

They don't, but jury has a stake to lose so bad jurors will just lose their money in the long term and have no benefit in serving. The appeal process makes up for the possibility of bad faith jurors.
