Take the SSD cold hosting pill friend, especially if you have a tower or even a laptop.
>buy $25 SSD
>install easy Linux distro, or safely pirate Windows 10 LTSB (HWIDgen)/LTSC (KMS38)
>download XSN Core and let it sync
>encrypt your wallet
>deposit XSN
>setup MNaaS for however many MNs you want to setup
>deactivate or physically unplug the SSD from your tower
Sounds a little daunting but it's very easy. Once initial setup is out of the way, you bring in masternode rewards 24/7 from isolated cold storage.
I hook up my SSD every few weeks to let it sync, watch rewards come in, and make backups.
Then you can use your primary drive to goof off without any repercussions.
