do normies ever realize how fucked they are financially? Or does their financial situation just seem normal to them or something?
I kind of wish i was a normie sometimes bros.

They do but they think it's normal.
Even if they realize it, they won't care. They've been raised up to be slaves.
Because "there is more to life than money", while spending their whole life to get money.
I love when they tell me how they work 50 hrs a week for some kike & still struggle then tell me crypto is a scam
the media has a blackout regarding upcoming foreclosures and evictions. january is gonna be hilarious, though i believe we wont really feel it until march.
they see it as normal because everyone they know is in the same simulation
this is certainly true to an extent. there's a reason why memes about suicide and crippling depression are "liked" and shared instead of condemned or shockingly reacted to.
I laugh when I see them say things like "everyone needs a job!"
things like self employment or financial freedom aren't even on their radar. slaving away for ones entire life is the only path. if you bring up running your own business they have a whole mountain of rationalizations about why its impossible.
Normies are actually more self aware ( like to hope) than people give them credit for, but the issue is that it's more comfortable to just accept your fate and the prospect of never being rich because to them they don't believe they CAN be rich. They're sold on the idea that the task is so insurmountable that you have to have to live and breathe something all day every day including weekends to be successful (and sometimes you do).
Basically what I'm getting at is they are aware of their situation, but they care more about watching the next season of whatever that popular netflix show is. Not that I'm any better, motherfuckers better know I'm waiting for overlord season 4 and ngnl season 2. But at the same time I did the research to buy into crypto early
>Not Gonna Not Lie season 2
truth pilled
im normie, tell me why im fucked
Do you have a new car you'll be making payments on for the next 3 years? Less than $2000 in the bank? Working a dead end shit job and/or on some form of medication? Obese/overweight? Actually give SOME thought into your daily actions?
If you answered no CONGRADULATIONS! You're probably not a normie. If the answer was yes though then that's also your answer
Why do you think they are out in the streets calling themselves antifa while raping/murdering/bashing and otherwise terrorising people?
Why do you think the less retarded and globocucked variety of normie are voting for Donald Trump?
They know shit is fucked.
>Hey this crypto stuff could solve all these political problems you're always complaining about
>"You're wasting your time, there's no money in that".
>Oh, it's extremely lucrative, I was able to quit my full-time job
>"All you think about is money".
>"All you think about is money".
kek this is always a good one. My brother/dad (jokingly) call me a jew sometimes because I actually am worth money
every single person I knew from highschool is in debt, while college friends are doing much better financially they aren’t in crypto at all
>"All you think about is money".
The absolute state of coping normies
How on earth do you opt out of that system? I can't stand lining up for groceries, driving back and forth to work, and the lack of social because I've become shut off of Social media and my co-workers even before the lockdown. I feel like cattle everytime I go out, come back home and even typing this post out. It feels like I'm already stuck in a pod and I just realized it after so many years. I don't even think coming here every day on Zig Forums is helping realizing how screwed we are.
So many people love to drag others down to their level of misery over poor decisions to make themselves feel better. It makes me sad.
The truth is this place is hardly any different. Take it all with a grain of salt.
Believe me bro I feel it too, it's why I'm a NEET. Which is strange because I actually enjoyed my previous job and worked it for two years. But there's something about the entire shitshow that gives me a sinking feeling in my stomach. The idea of doing the same shit every normal person does on a daily basis for the next 40 years of my life is absolutely appaling. There are only two realistic solutions to this issue that can sustain you for the rest of your life. Become a hermit/hobo, or make so much god damn money that you'll never have to work again. We're all here on Zig Forums because we are chasing the latter, and many people that may even be reading this right now have already "made it". Not all the millionaire posters are LARPs
And yes, before any bootstrap pick-er-uppers come here to preach I would rather spend my life watching anime and playing video games all day living off crypto gains, call it a waste all you want.
is the Zig Forums lifestyle really attainable? I traded stocks (swing trading) many years ago and did around 50% overall roi in under a year. I've been thinking about getting back into it since my business got cucked from vid and I'm back wageslaving and want to kms.
I have met normie with 65k jobs who spend over 270 dollars a month of fast food and take out. A lot of normies spend just about every dollar they own an assume their works IRA is enough. Some normies even have a "monthly clothing budget". Apparently they believe you need to be buying new clothing every single month as if it is groceries.
USD dies.

Well I'm not a massively successful guy because frankly I'm a lazy bastard, but I'm currently worth around 90k from an initial investment of $8k. I got this money by living at home and putting everything I had into BTC and LINK during the bear market. I've been on Zig Forums since back when the money skele memes were a thing and you could buy ETH for $20 though. Problem was I also NEETed at the time, had no money, and therefore didn't really research crypto very much.
Ironically it's because I too was demoralized and thought there was no way I could make it in crypto. But the reality was that it would have been as easy as dumping my paycheck into ETH and waiting. Buying LINK for $1 has completely changed my mindset and probably the course of my life. I literally cannot imagine what my life would be like right now if I did not know about crypto. And I'm not even really worth that much in comparison
yes, i did it & im happy as a pig in shit.
I also had a fortuitous series of events on my side to help me out. I got lucky.
I'd still rather live in a cardboard box then punch a clock ever again.
>I'd still rather live in a cardboard box then punch a clock ever again.
This, once I hit 5k link I would rather put it all into cold storage and become a hobo until I've made it vs selling. In your opinion though do you think this cycle will be the last? I asked an user this once about a year ago and he told me as long as human greed exists there will always be another opportunity like crypto
Same here, user. It feels like a major weight was lifted from my shoulders and the world became more clear once I got into crypto. My life has gotten appreciably better.
I'm not a lambo moonboi, but i think we are the vanguard. The will make movies about our memes. Future people will wish they had the opportunity we have had, even if it was bc we stumbled upon it in our underwear between fap sessions bc we rubbed our dicks raw & needed a break.
>try to tell normie friends not to get a big car loan
>try to tell normie friends that its a bad idea to take 10k out of super (or 401k for burgers) at age 22
>try to tell normie friends to invest even a little bit of their paycheck every week
>try to tell normie friends that getting wasted every weekend then waging for the next week to earn the money back will make you miserable
none of them listened. I'm convinced ill make it one day because this taught me 99% of people are financially retarded
the moonbois give crypto a bad name I think, but it also proves that we're at least still early before the adoption phase. It's going to be interesting seeing movies like the wolf of wallstreet but with weeb NEETs instead of wall street coke addicts. I imagine though in the future the crypto that haven't even been developed yet as you say will have people jealous of the opportunity that once was, not unlike how by all accounts normal people lament at not buying microsoft or apple stocks 20 years ago.
If I had one regret it's not having any friends that share my interest that I can talk to, but as gay as it sounds I guess that's why I post on biz. Out of everyone I've known in real life no matter how in depth I try to explain I've only convinced two people to buy any crypto and they were my immediate family
