Crazy how many apparent nice guys come out of the woodwork into these bat threads to save people from what they say is the worst financial decision one could make in their life - thread after thread yet never do they pop up in the flavour of the week scam coin threads. Really makes you wonder.

Its amazing how BAT is one of the longest running scams. Not the thousands of other tokens I have seen over the years. Really is a high level scam. Take some of the worlds best programmers, and have them build the worlds best browser with 20.5m users. Do this for years, and don't openly promote your token. When VC, PE, and people looking to acquire your business for a huge payout just turn them away and keep building the browser. Brave/BAT really is one of the biggest scams imaginable. They are building one of the worlds largest businesses so they can scam everyone on this board with the biggest long con the world has ever seen. It's really the easiest route when you really think about it logically.

1) It's given away for free for doing nothing
2) KYC is annoying and not worth it for casual users
3) KYC to utilize a function of a "privacy" browser is ridiculous

My main hesitation with BAT is that I dont think they will be able to compete with web monetization platforms like Coil which are more browser agnostic. Who knows though, the two strategies could team up at some point.
