Sadface. Double check the addresses first. Make sure you sent it correctly. If its sent correctly to the right coin and address, then just go to whereever the "pending deposits" section in on uphold, it should be there, at least i hope. If you still cant figure it out, or it just says pending, email uphold and ask them what gives. XRP is usually instant.
