Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego declares that 90% of his wealth is now in precious metals mining stocks.
"The other 90% of Pliego’s investments are tied up “in precious metals miners,” the billionaire explained in a reply to Dan Held, the Kraken crypto exchange’s growth lead."

Been taking advantage of the fud for weeks. 10 million ounce silver mine with production capacity in a safe jurisdiction for a 13 million mcap and we're about to enter the greatest PM bull market in history.

Not too shabby! I had my eyes on canada but I'm a bit unsure of the politcal situation to fully move there... unless there are good temporary roles going? Are there mining areas that are bullshit free?
Its on the AIM as SGZ. The UG position is mine operative, so it will be doing the mining and I suppose whatever I'm told needs work.
The books I've found are as follows: >Hard Rock Miner’s Handbook from Stantec Consulting Free handbook with basically all the information you'll need to get a very good understanding on hard rock excavation. Do bear in mind that a lot of mining science and numerical work is largely empirical, as every bit of ground on earth is basically unqiue, and so quoted figures are likely to vary with source. stantec.com/content/dam/stantec/files/PDFAssets/2014/Hard Rock Miner's Handbook Edition 5_3.pdf
If you want something a bit more tricky/academic then I have been recommended this book on geostatistics: >Geostatistics Explained: An Introductory Guide for Earth Scientists Should be interesting if you want more information on how statistical modelling is used (with drill data) to plot orebodies and give cut off grades. Free book I think, I see the pdf on a few websites but you may need to register etc. b-ok.asia/book/687600/ec1970

Henlo frens, have not posted in a long time.
It hurts to see PM's flat for months and miners continually getting bashed. I came here from crypto because I thought PMs might pump before BTC again, but now it seems clear that BTC moon mission in 2021/2022 will proceed the gold/silver moon mission.
I don't regret buying PMs since most of my silver was spot under $20, and most of the gold I bought on credit cards. The miners hurt but I'm not selling. But I recommend to you all, put some of your weekly buys into crypto for the next year and you'll be able to leverage into much more shiny in the long term.
It will be no different than the end of 2017. The price is too high and volatile at this point, to even consider buying. I remember the run up on every crypto at the end of 2017 (and start of 2018) people were as euphoric as they are now. Dont get burned, anons.

If you're still on /pmg/ in 2 years, I want you to remember this post when you see an user posting pics of tubes of sovereigns that they bought with crypto gains. That will be me.
I don’t know if you were watching but Bitcoin has had 2 dumps in the last 12 hours where it lost >$1000 face value in less than five minutes We’re very close to the top, again like 2018. Patience is a virtue and it will come crashing down again. You can’t sustain 2x in 3 weeks, new money isn’t enough

imagine giving money to a computer for it to say a number of something. only to have no impact on the physical world

The BTC user who made it in the previous thread almost convinced me to think about getting some, that's how I know this is a top Not denying you can moon with crypto but it's just the wrong time to enter right now

I own crypto, pm, stocks, and cash. The fuck you talking about? I have you checked the price of bitcoin and the charts from yesterday and today? Choose any of your PM and let me know how it can compete?
Zachary Fisher
Been thinking of shorting to reduce taxes actually... Really tempted to sell
Grayson Ward
Cool, you do you Not buying your bags at this time though
Colton Richardson
>and the charts from yesterday + today I see a bubble in crypto, so any new buys will definitely be held off.
Why would I bother checking the price of bitcoin? It’s a flash in the pan. It’s fools gold. It’s tulip mania. I’m not saying you can’t make money buying and selling it, but that doesn’t make it a convincing investment.
Luke Gray
Regardless of how correct you are with YOUR money, the same cannot be said for other people and their money. Buying BTC right now is financially suicidal. If you had been buying all year up, to this point; then a hard crash is NOT going to ruin you. Were you on Zig Forums on Oct-Jan, 2017? Everyone was like you; and I do not mean this to slight you. Take your profits (or hedge), and wait for this top to blow off. What, youre not sold on maisie williams buying btc??? Absolutely. Some people are getting blinded by the price movement/volatility
Aha, thank you for the answers. Was planning on asking again but seems like you're a man that keeps his word! Will have to take a look at Scotgold, might be a good asset to own in a post-Brexit Europe. Thank you for the books too, will have to spend a lot of time reading them.
