Can someone explain the American mentality to me?

I could go on Reddit right now and find 50 of the below posts:

>Hey I have $10,000 in credit card debt and pay $400 a month for medical insurance and have $20,000 in student loans and pay $500 a month for meds and therapy. How do I unfuck myself?

What the FUCK is going on?

pls post them

it's simple, reroll your character until you're not a burger.

Stupid red scare boomers think that free health care = the end of our country. Everyone prioritizing nonsense careers because if I don’t have employer healthcare, my hospital bill could be $50k

A bunch of broke rednecks put a billionaire in office, that tells you everything

amerimutts are paypigs for the jews

low iq society that prefers shallow nominal freedoms over actually being able to live freely

Cause a few people in shitty situations on reddit represent the whole of the American people... You sound jealous of American wealth, so you cherry pick some losers and try to claim they represent our system.

Amerilard here
>10k government business loan (5% interest, nothing required so far)
>1k student debt
>8k credit card debt (0% interest until March)
>50k in the bank
>20k in crypto

Cheap capital is easy mode if you know how to use it DESU. I had 20k in March and finally said fuck it and went for it.

I'm quitting my job and buying private insurance. Hopefully I can get something for like $400/month

Holy shit is insurance really that much per month? I'm in the AF Reserves and pay like $40/month for Tricare. Also daddy government paid for my schooling. Why the fuck do people not just suck it up for a few years and join the military to avoid all that shit?

brainlets and socialist like this: and this: are infecting the country. they think everything they want is a human right that should be protected and regulated by big daddy gov't to make sure they are okay and have a nice place to sleep at night. only problem is gov't intervention on a large scale always makes things worse in the long run (education shittier and more expensive than ever, healthcare shittier and more expensive than ever, most municipal taxes higher than ever with fewer and worse services being provided [potable water issues common], and a myriad of poor trade agreements and fiscal policy that has fucked the average idiot w/o them even realizing it -- but it's always the same, "gib meh mooar support gov't, regalate dat!" and always ends up worse than before...

they get fucked b/c they act as though things are socialist (b/c they wish they were and hope they will be), and don't have enough self control or brains to not follow the lemmings off the cliff. that's my take. yeah , describes the typical american nowadays.

Or you could you know go after the end schools for artificially reducing the supply of doctors

THIS

1 person = 1 vote was a mistake for the US. How did the founding fathers not see that in the future all it will take is some corrupt politicians letting in massive amounts of subhumans who are going to be granted citizenship and thus ruining the voting balance for generations to come. Almost everyone who came to US got land for free or cheap. Owning some minimum amount of land should equal a vote or something like that. Maybe even being net positive to the state grants you a vote.

>implying
your founding fathers were freemasons and jews and knew very well what they were doing, ie a literal goy farm

Why is yours so expensive? Im 26m in California, and it only costs me $70/month

Did you ever think that maybe rdditors are simply bad people?

>hates socialism
>is an army fag
you can’t make it up

Trump lost, cope harder.
I work full time and have insurance, but the system is still retarded.

400 is cheap actually. my corparate gig shells out 600 bucks to my 125 bucks EACH paycheck. Can you imagine if they just gave us that 600 bucks and let us choice our own healthcare?

>every adult told me as a kid to strictly make decisions that would put me in mass amounts of debt for my entire life
>Parents, teachers, grandparents, television, etc all had the same "advice" (go to uni, get a car, get a house, get a credit card, etc)
>somehow even as a child I knew this was bullshit and didnt listen to any of it

Now I'm in a better financial position than all of them. How did I know it was all bullshit even as a teenager?

Fucking hell. In Canada everything is free except for cosmetic procedures. Even get dental and eyesight from injun gibs. The wait times meme is true though. If you have a condition that is not immediately life-threatening, you're probably going to die with it on a waiting list to see a specialist.

>Trump lost, cope harder.
not sure where the cope is at? but ngl, would've been nicer if he won, but i vote libertarian.

just calling you out for what you are. a wagie (maybe a well compensated one, but a wagie nonetheless) hoping sir gub will do the thinking for you. gl with that fren, you're gonna need it

yep, aca has fucked the system up so bad. unfortunately we're likely stuck w/ it (or something worse) until they dollar collapses in a decade or so

it's not *always* bad advice - but it usually is - especially nowadays when you can learn so much on your own and capitalize on it much more easily thanks to the internet and technology

Do you not own a house? Or did you just buy something for cash? I’m curious because I would consider owning property/land as a basic thing one should do to achieve personal freedom.

We have to pay for dental here, just maybe not quite as much. You also have to pay for glasses (but not the optometrist appointment/eye exam).
Dental and vision are extremely common in employer healthcare plans though

Ya im not against owning a house, but I am against people in their early 20s being saddled with a 40 year mortgage they can't afford. I currently live in an $800/month 1bdr apartment though and am just saving/investing as much as possible. I don't really want less than 25-30% down though, even though I can get a mortgage with a 5% down payment

nothing more true has ever been spoken

It depends, I'm single and relatively young (28). Families pay much more. I currently pay around 200 for my employer health insurance and I was on my mommy's healthcare until I was 26 so I've never bought my own before. Idk what to expect

>How did the founding fathers not see
they did which is why they restricted voting to landowning white males

landowning white males only were 5% of the population at the time. do you think you're in the top 5% of americans right now, in terms of wealth? you and your bloodline have always been cattle, and that will never change. you exist only to serve the upper class.

That’s not even that bad

Trump lost

I'm not an burger but goddamn a tiny fraction of your military spending would go a long way to ensure minimal Healthcare for most of the population with lower long term cost ir preventive care spending was implemented

yeah, don't really care, just answering OP fren, but thanks for the info wasn't aware

>the healthcare system is completely corrupt and broken?
>TAX EVERYONE AND MAKE IT "FREE", THAT'LL SOLVE THE PROBLEM

America is meant for high IQ and wealth. Unfortunately plebs are the equivalent to liquidity... We do try to show them sometimes.

It is insanely easy to get credit here, any responsible person can make tons of money.

But yes, the average stupid wagie suffers more here than europe. Any competent person is rewarded drastically more in America.

These goy are debt slaves.
