While RLC is a "utility coin" it is very much so a commodity. The digital oil meme is unstoppable. Therefore, RLC could be more valuable as a currency than any actual single-use cryptocurrency, and also be traded like one.
Everyone. Enterprises will adopt it first. Eventually through enterprise adoption, people will adopt it without even realizing they are using it(iExec being used on the backend), but there will also be a large group of devs that build solely in a decentralized way.
I forgot to add, about the LINK one, RLC's supply is fully decentralized(team only has about 12%) meanwhile LINK is CENTRALIZED because the team holds 65%. That in combination with the total benefits of using iExec's entire ecosystem make LINK obsolete.

iExec just finished development(still has fog/edge computing to add). Crypto is very new, most people still havent even adopted BTC.

i don't really know how to photoshop and stuff, maybe somebody else can do it. But I think we need to expand our whole operation. We need a dedicated store with merchandise, we need flags with the iExec logo, we need to organize and get serious. We are all connected now, digital oil runs through our veins, without it we die. We need to set our own mark upon the world and enforce it! Also we need a ranking system such that we can appropriately address one another and show respect where respect is due based on the size of the RLC stack.

I’ve been wanting to drop money into RLC but haven’t been able to find many current use cases. Are there any dApps that absolutely REQUIRE decentralized cloud computing at this very moment or in the near future? Feels like we’re still far out from this need and current dApps can just rely on on-chain computing in the meantime. Not trying to FUD, I’m genuinely curious as a potential investor.

Maybe they can, maybe not. I don't really know where crypto is going but these are just pure facts. Supposedly the iExec team is releasing something big about oracles soon that may really propel them into the limelight and threaten LINK. I prefer RLC for 2 reasons, one the team can't dump on me and two it's barely out of the top 100.

Not sure about use cases currently but iExec is running a face swap meme competition by using iExec's face swapper dapp. They are working on getting more developers, it'll take a while though I'm sure. I bet within a year we see some amazing shit.
I understand your hesitation, I think maybe noobs share the same sentiments at first, but the more you dig the more you get convinced that eventually the whole world could run on iExec.Basically our entire world is right now dependent on computer power, this is not retail stuff, but a lot of systems require computing power, hence this market is estimated to grow to 1 trillion in the coming years. However the current cloud computing providers are relatively expensive and less secure since they are centralized. Also they are not compatible with the future in which blockchain technology is integrated into the everyday fabrif of modern life. IExec is though. But that's just talking about cloud computering, it also has decentralized oracles, data market trading etc etc and lots of other stuff, so it's much bigger than that, this is just why I invest and only the tip of the iceberg.
