nah

k. what do you want to know? Adsense in 2020 sucks. you can make way more money offering a service. build something useful into your website.

something usefull like?

kek

bump

an other one

This guy is retarded. Ad revenue earnings have never been higher. For Oct'20 I had $1200 in ad revenue from mediathrive. I'm quitting my job in 2 months to fully focus on niche websites.

depends what you have. if you have your own data, use something like mashape to offer a membership (I think they got acquired tho so it's something else). or you can build your own API if you are good enough (it's a lot of work to maintain though).
anyone who seriously makes money on the internet doesn't have these sort of spergy replies. niche websites are fine for awhile but taper off eventually. also maintaining interest in the niche is hard if you don't care much about it. good luck though. I've ran one of the largest shock sites in the world in the past and now I'm in a specific industry and work full-time on my website. working for yourself is the real redpill.

>Oct'20 I had $1200
Nice. Why type of site? If blog, how many posts do you have? How long have you been working on it to get to that level?
Just the one site or is that a few combined?

tell me a good website builder and a good pack of templates
what do you think of divi?
do you know that guy called festinger?

Wordpress is easy as shit with a lot of free plug ins and themes. You can learn it in an afternoon.

1) All you need is Wordpress and/or perhaps Shopify and WooCommerce if there's a specific product you want to sell.
2) Never used it.
3) No.

I have several websites. Family guides for outdoor activities, fornite streamer gear, and a website for bonsai trees. I generally try to have around 50 articles when I launch a website and I gradually cap them at 100-150 (if you can afford to pay for freelancers, $5 a pop). After this, I just leave them alone. 2 years since I started.

Show me your ad revenue earnings for last quarter and Ill show you mine? Sorry you got filtered by a google update mate

I don't use Adsense anymore (never have on my current business either). I use a combination of subscriptions and a 3rd party ad network that is friendly with the industry I'm in. That's all I'm comfortable sharing. Google updates are a meme. The real play is capturing email addresses and building an audience on at least one social media platform (the others will come eventually -- no need to spread too thin and post on all of them even tho you easily can do it with buffer or some shit).
T.still have E/N websites I built with news pro and ran cam galleries back in the late 90s on archive.org.

Good for you, but most 3rd party ad networks (that are worth a damn) require that you are an already established website with good domain authority. If someone wants to earn money from a website and is just starting, then that person would almost surely need to start with adsense because ad networks will require it as a proof alongside your GA stats. Both mediavine and adthrive (biggest alts to adsense) both require data from your adsense earnings to prove your profitable and analytics.

Nice, I can churn out articles and have a few niches in mind. Just a matter of getting started. Who is your host for multiple sites? I got to researching that and got distracted last time I planned on doing this.
>fornite streamer gear
I don't understand. Is it like graphic templates that streamers can use? I'm a designer in the real world, are you telling me I can make templates and sell them to kids?

I use bluehost

this. total centralized POS system.

I make guides and lists and cover in-game stuff like best mouse/keyboard for fornite, top skins, guides, etc.

Was one of my narrowed down options, cheers probably go with them.
Ah makes sense. I plan on doing the same for one of my hobbies.
Ty for answers, have a pepe.

do you make things like
TOP 10 X or Y

Unless your primary goal is running a media company, this seems like scraping the bottom of the barrel. Economies of scale come into play, for an average joe it's beer money but if you want an actual salary you need thousands of people visiting your website daily.

>thousands of people visiting your website daily
I am sure you ran the data for your numbers, but what makes you think that is so hard? Why so defeatist?

yeah. I'm trying to move away from ads and provide more value from the business with "upgrades" because longer term, I'd rather rely on myself than some black box ad network that probably is dropping some traffic/exploiting me and I can't audit it.

if I have to give OP any advice though, it's to create a brand. get custom art work done, hire actual writers if you can't write yourself, hire copywriters, hire a designer to do the UI and if you're using Wordpress, hire someone to customize it for you if you can't do it yourself.

a final bump

I've got $40 trapped in adsense from back in the Zig Forums adsense scheme. How do I cash them out.

You can cash out at 70 or 80€ if i'm right. You could just post some car crash video's on youtube with a title like "EPIC CAR CRASH" to make up the rest of the money

why not try the old b scheme again. It actually worked, actual free money.
