Remember to only buy broad market index funds. 99% of professional investors fail to beat the market, what makes you think you can? Simply buy the entire market and live your life. Stop stock picking. Stock picking is literally gambling, and you don’t want to gamble. Buy the passive index fund.

Do we have any of those in yuropoor? The four mentioned on investiopedia are all US.
this has historically been the best move but I don't think it will be the best move going forwards. Looking at what I get if I buy a broad market index fund the top picks are >Apple too expensive >MSFT too expensive >AMZN possibly too expensive, we'll see >P&G decent >VISA too expensive >NVDA too expensive
and so on.
central banks have caused PE-inflation from hell, I seriously doubt Apple will deliver 8% yearly return from here, it needs a correction badly.

>buy big >set limit >sit back and relax It may take months or years but that's how it's done.

Look I'm not going to join the call for not picking stocks but I'll say this:
VTSAX STACK IT UP

I'm putting all my money in individual speculative stocks and you can't stop me.

A large portion of the worlds top players for video games and board games come from Norway, Denmark, and sweden. I think its safe to say its an area of concentrated genius, and they are getting slept on

>NASDAQ has been crabbing like crazy for weeks now. Is a crash coming bros?? This many lockdowns, christmas being cancelled, QE not coming... i-I'm actually somewhat scared bros.
This. Look at SPY, way to weighted on Apple. If the top holdings get taken down a notch by reality those etfs are gonna sink and stay down long term after all a heavy concentration on the best performers will also dump it hard when they fall and all the other holdings were low to begin with. Id rather take my chances with individual picks that have better odds of making me rich as Im more researched on them. Plus i want to retire young not old which i can just let the government handle rather than spend my time investing.
SPY at the bottom this year and using Friday's closing price has yielded approximately a 1.62x return
So many individual picks have yielded much more. Personal picks that have yielded a 3x, wish i went all in on these picks. Or meme stocks that have yielded 5x or greater. Nonetheless most of my picks have yielded better returns than SPY.
