Wtf are you on about, how about you do some research on SPACs before talking about them. The main risk in buying SPACs like LGVW is the merger might collapse and the value will drop back to $10 which is the redemption value. The merger collapsing is rare and they only announced the target a few days ago so that is not something to worry about short term.
