It's Taiwanese, actually. I had the opposite thought actually: Taiwan isn't on great terms with China and Biden loves China like Trump loves Russia. Granted they are making a plant in the USA, but I am a bit worried that if China finally re-annexes Taiwan that their stock will go down.
Fun fact: wars can be prevented by global trading due to nearly the exact sentiment stated above. This was a big reason why we started trading so much with Japan after WW2.
I'm just memeing, MOON is still a weird ETF to buy into honestly. If you want safety in your portfolio then I'd suggest going with SPY, VOO, or any other S&P 500 index fund. Keep in mind this is a long term stock, like 20 to 30 years long term. It makes a yearly gain of 10% but it's pretty much guaranteed to succeed. Everyone likes to think they can beat the DOW and 500 but rarely does that ever happen. Most of the anons here try to be day traders without realizing only 1% of day traders even make a profit. Avoid volatile markets and stick with VOO or SPY, it's more money in the long run and it's better than watching the market every hour of every day worrying about your gains/losses.
Not sure it works as well for stocks as for crypto. I mean...look at what has happened to some of our picks? If you waited for pink you'd never get in. I think it really depends on you, user.
