Flare/Spark will allow you to be an agent in the fXRP system. Tldr of it is that you can lend to those without enough xrp for whatever they need it for and receive a percentage back in interest per transaction. If XRP does what it means to, it will essentially make you a free agent bank of your own. Passive income without selling your principle. The more xrp you hold for Dec 12 snapshot, the more flare/spark you receive proportionally.
