Doubt it, there is multiple vaccines in development, manufacturing will be limited for a while, so what is likely is that NA and Europe get's the Pfizer Vaccine, Russia and China will get another.
It will be unlikely that both vaccines kills off everyone or cause infertility etc. At most it will be one of the vaccines that is "toxic".
