Its not only the colour, The first 150 Pokemon had actually a creative design. Everything after that looks just like some random Pokemeon Generator threw a bunch of body parts, a bunch of this and that into it and gave it a random name.

Charizard is basically the only one that pulls any weight. You're going to want to get it graded (PSA is good or Beckett is better). This will cost a bit but serious collectors won't buy anything that isn't graded.

It doesn't look like it's shadowless or first edition so it's only going to get like maybe 20% of what it could get but it might still be worth it to you. You can look up what similar cards went for. I would play it safe though and only look at cards that were graded a 6-7. It might have been in a binder for decades but these people are grading everything from corners to overall print alignment so it's unlikely you're looking at a 9-10 unless you sent it to be graded within minutes of being opened.

I wasted too much on these damn things and Yugioh cards. Worst investment ever.

condition and grading is 99% of the value of these cards and the pics are too low quality to tell i'd suggest looking up psa grading videos and going through recently sold listings on ebay and compare your cards to them
