My roommate had a kid who came over once a week before and i was able to deal with it cause it was only one day a week. Now he says the kid is gonna live here 7 days a week. Is this fucking legal? It's a 2 bedroom apartment not 3 and i didn't agree to that. The kid is annoying as fuck.

Whats the situation? If its temporary and there's some crisis, I would just stick it out if its 1-2 weeks. However, make it known that long term this can't happen. Use the excuse that it affects your sleep or some shit.

Recalculate rent. For example if you were splitting, then the rommmate should now pay 2/3rds because they are now taking up 2/3 of shares space +utilities
