The deflation is what makes this an obvious scheme. I have yet to receive a real answer for WHY it’s needed. Sta would do the same thing without it, balancing pools. Now the only thing it does is allow for early investor whales to have an even higher % of the total supply and mitigating their dumps a bit as supply decreases. It leaks 1% of the total pool profits and you always, lose 1% of the amount you try to buy with and another 1% when you sell, designed to keep you in the scheme for as long as possible as no one wants to lose 1% for no reason. It’s a psychological trick Ponzi’s benefit from.
