Just got an email from binance saying I have to withdrawal funds and close my account within 14 days because I live in the US. My account is even one of the grandfathered-in accounts from before all the restrictions. I live in Texas so I can't even use binance.us. What are my options? I'd be careful with a VPN. Binance is a third party and no one is going to care if they lock you out of your funds forever because you went against regulations. Just use a different fucking exchange. It works like this - the exchanges with the strictest regulations are the least likely to fuck you, the exchanges with lax regulations are the most likely to fuck you. People whining about fees and exchange rates miss the forest for the trees. Just buy some fucking Bitcoin and don't stop buying it.
