It's when you peepee or poopoo

its when you eat too much chicken curry

imagine a pool... that's it

Kek neither do i and i have 30k in crypto
I know its has something to do with turning your coins into money aka. liquifiyng them

Am i correct?

Whats easier and faster to sell for cash?

A stock of Apple or a real apple?

Yes. Coins can exist in 3 states, solid, liquid and gaseous

Your mom would be hard to sell because she is old and not attractive

it either means cash or the amount the price of something moves per sale. Lots of orders = lower price movement = high liquidity. Pokeman cards = low liquidity.

one thing i never got about stocks... can you own a fraction of one?

ACHKTUALLY,,, IT'S WHEN YOU PEE PEE CURRY CHIKEN POO POO INTO YOUR MUM'S CUNT!

liquidity is how easy an asset can convert itself to another asset
a house is not liquid, it takes time to sell it
cash is liquid

same 25k in crypto

the quantity of funds to buy what you are selling without wiping out the order book and selling your last amount for a lower price.

that's not surprising, it's not very well defined and people throw it around like tuesday's whore, but basically it just means money, cash, willing buyers, willing sellers, etc. typically denominated in fiat

I don't think so. That would just complicate things

and to piggyback of others in this thread: a liquid asset can be bought or sold easily and quickly, illiquid assets are the opposite; houses are very illiquid assets, shares of stock are very liquid assets

And what is a liquidity trap?

never heard of that before, it seems more complex and beyond my basic understanding

I just assume it means how often its traded which goes hand in hand with volume.

When someone throws a piss filled balloon at you

Most wholesome post on Zig Forums I’ve seen in a long time. God bless you.

some brokers let you do that but it's handled oddly

Liquidity = Removal

That’s what I’ve learned.

If you add 60 ETH to a liquidity pool with 60 tokens, each token is worth 1 ETH at that moment. If tokens are bought, the liquidity goes up which increases the price of the token.

If tokens are sold, the seller receives ETH in exchange for the token. This ETH comes out of the liquidity pool which decreases the value of the token while at the same time increasing the amount of tokens in the pool. Let’s say this person sold 30 tokens for 30 ETH.

Now your liquidity pool has 90 tokens and only 30 ETH. Each token is worth far less. You need more buyers to add liquidity.

You’re welcome.

It's when you shit in your hat and don't tell anyone

Are you simple?

To understand liquidity you have to understand means of exchange IE currency. So tldr: to be liquid means you have plenty of desired currency, to be illiquid means you don't. Think of it this way, Bob has 1 million bucks, Bob is liquid. Kenny has a painting worth 1 million bucks, Kenny is illiquid.

carrot on stick but the carrot isn't even real

what is it about the aquafresh logo and marv that makes them work so well together

My mom is old but attractive
