COINBASED

Ms. Bhattacharya, who is gay and was born in England to Indian parents, said her colleagues made it clear she did not belong.

“It was the first time I realized what racism felt like in the modern world,” said Layllen Sawyerr, a compliance analyst who is Black. “I felt like I was being bullied every day at work.”

“I was told I don’t have the right brain for this,” she said. “It was constant condescension.”

Wow it's a nothing burger, just another fabricated kike hit piece with victim hood Olympics and virtue signaling

You expected different?

>did not belong
they were just listening to Somniac One

I like how they capitalize Black, Asian, Indian, etc...

But “white” is conspicuously lowercase.

What's going on with Coinbase? This dude causes a liquidation panic by posting some unsubstantiated allegations on twitter, then some news emerge about an upcoming article in WSJ, then the exchange site starts acting up.

It all looks like some CIA shit at this point.

lets cancel this bald faggot

That’s a misspelling. It’s Huwhite

NYtimes just wanted a clickbait article
Couldn't read it even halfway, too cringe

Considering it's like a 10 pages supposed exposé I was at least expecting a recording of a random employee actually saying NIGGER but no it's just a 10 pages word salad with zero actual substantial instances of racism, one black women whining that she 'felt' like she was being bullied, bullied how? Why did she feel like that? Interviewer doesn't ask. Doesn't matter. All you have to say is that you felt like something happened, and thus it did happen. Then there's the blatant witch hunt cult like aspect of it, 'submit to our ideology, or else.' anyone with half a brain can see Armstrong is the only sane one in this mess. This whole thing is so infuriating honestly.

>Bhattacharya

imagine making up a name to fake a story

Absolutely fucking based

I know you guys hate us pajeets, but I’ll let you know that Indian last name is the last name used amongst this specific Indian community that comprises up almost every communist party member in India. AOC’s campaign manager belongs to it, the founder of the communist party of Mexico belonged to it. Etc etc, peace now whitoids

>Bhattacharya

>she became a lesbian
Why do you westerners have to turn anything you see gay

>One Black employee said her manager suggested in front of colleagues that she was dealing drugs and carrying a gun, trading on racist stereotypes

Well, maybe don't deal drugs and bring guns to work.

Can't read the article because of paywall, but as soon as I saw
>'Tokenized'
in the title, I cracked up laughing. kekekek

so? Who is even named that way? Get a real name like Anderson, Shekelberg or Ross

> Cleve Mesidor, the founder of the National Policy Network of Women of Color in Blockchain
this distopian shit will stop soon r-right?

It has like 5 members because none of the major blockchain companies hire women

incognito mode on jewgle chrome bypasses it

kek. Weaklings.

WTF I love coinbase now

>'felt' like she was being bullied, bullied
thats is actually what it feels like to be 90iq and work with 120+.
Every single day is a struggle as everyone seems to be several steps ahead and you can't understand how. Your 90iq brain makes you think perhaps because they are 'conspiring' or planning things out behind your back.

Bingo. Obviously they're diversity hires. They sound insufferable to work with and were net productivity sinks.

This is true and a very good point.

EXACTLY THIS.
Was about to post this.

what REALLY happened was some black diversity higher, who lived in the hood was put in an environment among educated achievers for the first time, in a company with a very achieving and keep up culture.
Likely a fair few whites.

She fell behind, wasn't that smart, couldn't keep up and every time the standard constructive criticism came (which probably came her way often) she just went 90 IQ mode and called it racism instead.

Add the fact that shes probably from the hood and just never been in that kind of encouraging and achieving but performance expecting environment before, her monkey brain associates that attitude with "racist" because its generally how white people work.

I work as a coder (for 25 years now) and I now work 4 days a week at home and 1 in house (and I'm winding that down toward semi-retirement). THANK GOD for covid because I don't have to associate with Indians and Negroes face to face anymore. I've worked with more than a few Indians that have superior work skills and intellect, but they see the shitty work their fellow men do and usually strike out on their own or go upward into a fortune 50 type company. But I have NEVER worked with a Negro man that I consider even 75% of my coding skills...and companies NEVER fire them, but will 'let go' white guys because 'their metrics don't sustain them', whatever that means.
And it's only getting worse as diversity hires drag the shit downwards.
Also, for the record, I've only worked with TWO women in 25 years I would consider exceptionally competent, and its no surprise they were openly lesbian. The rest are TRASH and unmotivated waistoids.
Just my 2¢ worth.
