Ive asked myself that a lot. My parents expect great things from me but have never been able to bestow me with any practical wisdom aside from generic boomer platitudes. But I've learned well on my own and I have the knowledge to help myself and my parents. They've always loved and supported me so I forgive them.

My dad never taught me how to be a man. I did all the "smart" stuff like getting good marks and becoming le successful engineer, but I have never even touched a woman and basically just followed the good goy path to ending my familial line and working for the Jewish system.

This is a null question, my parents were each set up to fail by their respective parents, who were born and raised just after the depression, giving them a very skewed view of the world and how to operate. We're born and living in the crux of the age where we can see the entire world for what it is, and adapt as such.

it's funny because they think private school is better but you're more likely to get into drugs at a private school because all the kids have money to blow from their rich parents. I met more graduate burnouts from expensive schools than from cheapo public schools.
