I have this idea for a video game, it's like an MMO FPS RPG VN where you can play as 100 different races (all of which have different intelligence states because it won't be bluepilled cuck shit) and 1000 different skills and 10000 different quests and you have so much content that you can grind to level 100000 for 1000000000000 hours and still never get bored. Because starting a traditional small business in 2020 is a tremendous amount of risk and exposure for the average person willing to try it. >90% of the time it isn’t worth it.
Real estate is more likely to bring you success, but that’s incredibly risky too. I started a small company a few years back with some friends in the architecture and construction business where we buy empty lots in our town and design, contract out, and build our own multi-family properties for income and it’s gone quite well. The biggest hurdle is having enough insurance, because everyone is trying to sue each other in the construction biz lol.
We don’t want to do this forever though, and just make enough money to cash out and invest into less risky avenues.
