So, i hate my wagie job, but I have saved up 987k from stocks and and a small inheritance 13 years ago.
I like my job because at my last worksite, I didn't have to talk to people and just move trailers around. This worksite, I am working with 5 lazy mother fuckers; all they do is sleep and browse the internet; and are too lazy to take down a phone number, so now I have to do 66% of five peoples jobs.
I took a 10k bonus to move out here to memphis, and am unable to move for 5 months.
I will have the option of going to Sioux City, or little rock Arkansas, or syracuse NY (visit my dieing grandmother) if I can make it 5 more months.
What city should I go to?
I want to keep my job for another 9 months, for bonuses and free cdl school.
Basically I will be making more than 35$ an hour if I keep my job for one more year.
Is just speeding through CDL school and losing 1 months worth of free wages, and quitting to start long haul with the idea of running my own truck for 5 years a better idea?
I want to see the country, own a small business, and leverage it into commercial land lording as my end goal.
my dad's worth about 16-20 million, but wont lend me a million bucks to buy austrailian citizenship. Probably a wise move on his part, but I am getting sick of the US.

Why not start learning about real estate now? You already have enough money to buy a few commercial properties. Hell, you could probably by 8-12 residential properties in a flyover state with 987k.
