>go all in AMPL
>get 3 % stack increase because of the positive rebase everyday
>AMPL price is rising
>AMPL MC is rising
Let's say you have $15 k to put in AMPL, you get $640 next day and more the next day and so on. Then just wait for 3x breakout to sell it all.
Go all in AMPL

been thinking this morning about moving my entire portfolio, including BTC, into AMPL. Just for a bit of degen fun.
don't get rekt user. they always collude to pump the price around the start of the month because that's when token unlock happens and investors dump. Every time without fail
can someone explain how rebase even matters whatsoever? you aren't gaining money by anything but market cap just like any other coin.
I agree with you but this has the consistency of a much larger play. Been in this since the ~1% rebases were maintaining stability and not just a pump trend. I think we're witnessing the beginning of the second AMPL pump and it's only just warming up. coin-tools.com
AMPL was the first coin to introduce elastic supply. DYOR.
>Almost $350M already,
>#55 in mcap,
>Fomo hasn't even started yet.
We will see $3-4B in a few months. We are unironically making it.
>muh first mover advantage
rebase is a gimmick plain and simple. buying AMPL is straight gambling
>no use case whatsoever
>always own the same amount of the market cap. your value increases or decreases just like any other coin
even coingecko switched the default chart view to market cap so noobies wouldn't continue to get tricked
Check this sexy chart. Looks healthy and promising, destroyed most of the resistance and keeps rising. I also think it's going to valuations not seen before. Let's hope it won't happen TOO quick so we can get this tasty nightly rebase.
>normies
nigger normies are still scared of btc
charts.cointrader.pro
Forgot chart, shit.
did I say anything about a first mover advantage? You've painted a picture in whatever little bit of meat you call a brain.
autist, you arbitrarily mentioned that ampl is the first rebase coin for no reason then told me to do my own research as if i didn't know anything about your shitty investment
>you have 100 coins
>positive rebase happens
>you have 101 coins
>price doesn't change
>bUt I dIdN't GaIn ShIt
you are retarded
AMPL will grow thu continuous boom/bust cycles until it reaches a stable marketcap at 1$, until this happens (I expect this to be around 1.5B if it coincides with a bull run) ampl will grow/fall every day.
Did you think bitcoin was the same investmets at 1 dollar? The security in AMPL comes from the total market cap size relative to supply. if supply grows much faster than the market cap well people will start dumping much faste and if supply grows slower than mcap then people will start buying in (like now)
you are just a retarded ape who doesn't economics. Elastic supply is fascinating and it could potentially win a nobel prize of theory alone so please go suck my dick pajeet
>even coingecko switched the default chart view to market cap so noobies wouldn't continue to get tricked
You get free money with positive rebases and if people don't sell right away. FACT
>a stable marketcap at 1$
>dollar sign wrong side
>MARKET CAP $1
yeah i'm gonna listen to you shill your "nobel prize" winning coin that literally does nothing.
you own the same part of the market cap, period. it does nothing. it performs just as any other coin tokenomics aside.
all that will eventually happen is people will become more aware of the mirage and realize the truth of what i'm saying. hence coingecko's default market cap view for rebase tokens.
AMPL will NEVER stabilize around $1. There's way too much money in finance to stabilize this thing. Way too many big players (hedgefunds) who would melk this thing if AMPL would ever get serious attention (it won't).
Also stop comparing it with Bitcoin. Ample is a shitcoin with a stupid rebase mechanism. The rebase mechanism is the main reason why this will never stabilize.
>you own the same part of the market cap
I never understood this market cap argument. Guess what happens? People get free money, some dump their free coins, cap goes down, negative rebase, cap goes down.
Also WHY would the market cap matter? People don't get dividend or anything similar and they don't have governance rights. So why does ones share matter...

oh user
Market cap a month ago: $130M
Market cap now: $350M
My share remained same but the value of my bag increased.
Explain or gtfo
yes you 2.7x'd since assuming you didn't buy more
just like with holding an other coin from $130m market cap to $360m market cap
The same would be true for Bitcoin.
21 Million coins, you own X coins, price goes up, market cap goes up. You still have X coins but your bag has more value.
Hurr durr
first you answered your own question why market cap matters
second positive rebases are arguably a "dividend" according to the argument you and others are making. of course, they're not in actuality dividends at all.
the percent share you hold matters because it represents your portion of the market cap. that's it.
pic related lol
>first you answered your own question why market cap matters
I didn't. What matters is the price. Positive rebases happen because of a price above 1 USD.
>second positive rebases are arguably a "dividend" according to the argument you and others are making. of course, they're not in actuality dividends at all.
Maybe, but your share won't matter because everyone gets X% on their holdings. Doesn't matter if you hold a big part of the overall supply.
>the percent share you hold matters because it represents your portion of the market cap. that's it.
As been said: doesn't matter. You get your rebase no matter what. Doesn't matter if your stack is the smallest of all. If you buy 1 Bitcoin you will always have 1 Bitcoin, even if the market cap goes to 1 gorillion. You still have 1 Bitcoin out of 21 Million max.
^and it's true: one's share doesn't matter for dividends or rebases...
the only reason the price goes above 1 USD is because the market cap goes up. wtf.
nobody gets x% ON their holdings. the have x% of the market cap, PERIOD.
i'm 99% sure i am not missing anything on this at this point. AMPL is a shit coin with no purpose whatsoever other than to experiment with market and human psychology when those humans don't fully understand what's happening.
>the only reason the price goes above 1 USD is because the market cap goes up. wtf.
No. The price gets set by what buyers and sellers agree on. Market cap is the result of agreed (last) price * supply, not vice versa.
>nobody gets x% ON their holdings. the have x% of the market cap, PERIOD.
A +1% rebase means you get 1% on your holdings. You've 100 AMPL in your wallet, +1% rebase, now you have 101 AMPL. Market cap is whatever.
>AMPL is a shit coin with no purpose whatsoever other than to experiment with market and human psychology when those humans don't fully understand what's happening.
100% agreed
